2018 Dietary Re-education

Hi guys!

Since I came to United States I've been struggling to eat healthy. In November and December, I had many episodes of extreme bloating, headaches and sickness. Which led me to start a dietary re-education since January 2nd.





My dietary re-education consists in cutting all refined sugar, gluten and diary. I know, it sounds kinda extreme, but I've been feeling so much better since I started! Although I can't lie, cutting all diary and gluten has been really difficult. Unfortunately, last Tuesday I shared a pizza with my boyfriend and the next day I started bloating and feeling ill again. Which made me realize I really need to keep up with my dietary re-education this year (and for the rest of my life!).

Actually, the world is in need of a global dietary re-education. It isn't a matter of size or weight, an outfit you would like to wear or some important date you might attend and want to look great for. It's a matter of feeling truly good in your own body. And the only real way to feel good about yourself is feeling healthy and strong, both physically and mentally.

I've been trying new healthy recipes that I'll be sharing with you this year. :)
